A significant milestone in the construction of Chronometri has been completed.
The monolithic reinforced concrete works for the building have been fully completed.
Perimeter walls, apartment partition walls, and internal room partitions have been completed from the 5th through the 11th floors.
On the 12th floor, works on the perimeter walls, apartment partitions, and internal room partitions are currently underway.
The next stage of construction will include the installation of windows and doors, façade glazing, and engineering systems and utilities.
Construction works are progressing in accordance with the planned schedule.
The project is scheduled for completion in June 2027.
