Since October 2024, Dagi has been actively carrying out construction works on the Lisi project, applying modern technologies and adhering to the highest construction standards.

When will the project be completed?

Construction of the project began in October 2024 and is scheduled for completion in June 2027.

  • Secure steel entrance door with a modern smart lock system;
  • Interior walls and room partitions built with high-quality blocks and finished with smooth gypsum plaster;
  • Fully installed electrical points for your convenience;
  • Water and sewage connections delivered directly to wet areas;
  • High-speed internet and television lines pre-installed in accordance with the project design;
  • Natural gas connection provided to the boiler niche within the apartment;
  • Heating system piping installed according to the project, customized in agreement with the buyer;

  • Premium screed flooring prepared for your desired finish.

What are the payment terms?

The apartment can be purchased either through an internal installment plan or with a mortgage loan from our partner, Bank of Georgia.
With the internal installment option, only 10% of the apartment value is required as a down payment, while the remaining balance is distributed according to a personalized payment schedule until the completion of construction.

Do you have a partner bank?

Yes! The project is fully financed by Bank of Georgia. We offer flexible financing options through our trusted partner bank.
