Construction Progress – January

In January, construction works are progressing according to schedule:

Block I:
Installation of columns on the 7th floor is underway.
The monolithic reinforced concrete frame of two underground parking levels and six floors has been completed.

Block II:
The floor slab of the 4th floor has been completed.
At this stage, construction of two underground parking levels and two commercial floors has been finalized.

Construction works are ongoing without interruption.
The project is scheduled for completion in June 2027.
The project’s partner bank is Bank of Georgia.
