As a result of the exclusive cooperation agreement signed between the Georgian Real Estate Agency (GREA) and the development company Chronometri, the commercial direction of Chronometri will be managed by GREA.
Chronometri enters the development market with a business-class multifunctional project. The company’s management team is backed by extensive experience in the construction sector, having successfully completed over 600 commercial, residential, public, and infrastructure projects across the country over the past 20 years under the name of construction company Dagi.
Chronometri is located in Lisi, at 11 E. Amashukeli Street. The 13-story building includes 9 residential floors and a 4-story business center. Residents and visitors will find shops and offices, apartments and penthouses, a two-level underground parking garage, recreational and sports areas, and an indoor swimming pool — everything designed for comfortable living.
Construction began in October 2024 and is progressing continuously. Currently, the two-level underground parking has been completed, and work is underway on the third commercial floor.
“After delivering numerous development projects, Dagi has entered the market with a new vision and a new brand — Chronometri. The GREA team has played a significant role in this project. This partnership allows us to concentrate on what matters most — high-quality construction — while entrusting the management of sales and marketing to such an experienced partner as GREA, the Georgian Real Estate Agency.” — Davit Gulordava, Director of Chronometri
“We are delighted to be working on the Chronometri Lisi project, which is truly a distinguished business-class complex. Since spring 2025, we have been preparing the project for market launch, refining the product, developing the company’s unique branding, and creating a communication strategy. Sales began in September, at the stage when a significant part of construction had already been completed. We are confident that our collaboration will ensure the project’s success at every stage of its development.” — Nino Absandze, Founder of GREA
Chronometri is being implemented with the full support of Bank of Georgia. The project is scheduled for completion in June 2027.
